Patient Access Representative - Fulltime - ED

Greet patients and facilitate the registration process, collecting demographic and financial information to ensure accurate registration and billing. Serve as a liaison between patients, Virtual Patient Registration Representatives, and Patient Schedulers; complete patient checkout, schedule follow-up appointments per physician orders, and provide cost estimates and itineraries. Requires mobility within the facility; may involve face-to-face and virtual interactions, and handling cash-related duties such as co-payments. Supports a range of clerical tasks and coordination with clinical teams as needed.
