Job Summary
Patient Access Representative responsible for completing patient registration, verifying benefits, collecting copays, and ensuring accurate data entry within the EHR. Key duties include preauthorizations with payers, insurance eligibility checks, balancing daily cash, and supporting patient and staff inquiries. Requires strong customer service, multitasking, effective oral/interpersonal communication, and proficiency with technology and office software. Preference for experience in healthcare registration/scheduling/authorizations; must be able to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Minimum 1 year of customer service/office experience; BLS certification.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and/or office setting
- American Heart Association BLS certification
