Patient Access Representative - Full Time Day Shift

Patient Access Representative will greet and direct patients and families, register patient information in the registration system, assist with transportation as needed, and ensure clear information about procedures and expectations. The role requires exceptional people skills, handling confidential medical information, and coordinating communications; it also includes acting as a preceptor for new hires and performing other duties as assigned. The position is a Day Shift, full-time role with a 6:30am–3:00pm schedule (one Saturday every 3–4 weeks) and requires either an Associate's degree or equivalent experience plus two years of relevant work experience in customer service, healthcare, or related fields. Vaccination against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and annual flu vaccination are required or exempt as medically/religiously allowed.
