Job Summary
Patient Access Representative responsible for day-to-day administrative and front-desk duties in a medical office setting. Responsibilities include confirming patient demographics and insurance information, processing visits, collecting copays, scheduling walk-in exams, maintaining organized front/back desk areas, and ensuring HIPAA & CMS compliance. Must possess basic medical terminology knowledge, strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to type 45 WPM, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional evenings/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in customer service or reception, preferably in a medical office setting

- Completion of a course in Medical Terminology
