Patient Access Representative Dillon - PRN, As Needed - Night Shift

Maintain a professional image while interviewing patients to obtain personal, demographic, insurance, and medical information. Correctly assign insurance coverages, explain plan benefits and authorization status, and generate preservice estimates to collect prepayments. Transcribe and validate orders, schedule walk-in appointments, and advocate for patient engagement by activating MyChart. Monitor the environment to attend to patients, families, and visitors, assisting with wayfinding and connecting individuals to care. Ensure compliance with all required forms and service excellence standards during this PRN night shift role.
