Job Summary
Support patient flow at the dental practice by handling appointment scheduling for dental services using Dentrix, performing insurance verifications and prior authorizations, scheduling follow-up visits per treatment plans, ensuring new patient charts are complete prior to visits, and delivering superior customer service to Health Center patients. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are important; opportunity for Dental Assistant Apprentice training is available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- two years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dental or medical office environment
