Patient Access Representative

Schedule tests and follow-up appointments as patients leave the office, review instructions for scheduled studies, and enter charges during patient check-out and downtime. Greet, direct, and verify demographics, insurance, and PCP information at check-in, then call patients to confirm appointments and collect co-pays. This role requires traveling to Downingtown, West Chester, and West Grove, PA offices in addition to the Kennett Square location. You will need experience in a medical office setting, knowledge of various insurance plans, and strong computer skills with an EMR system.
