Patient Access Representative

Greet patients professionally, check them in for appointments, and complete registration by entering insurance and demographic data into medical records. Collect co-pays and balances at the payment counter, then direct patients to appropriate care areas. Enter electronic messages to assist patient flow and perform accurate documentation in the medical record while maintaining HIPAA privacy. Distribute patient satisfaction surveys as instructed. This role supports the Baton Rouge Orthopedic Clinic's goal of providing seamless healthcare services across multiple Louisiana locations.
