Job Summary
Patient Access Representative responsible for timely and accurate patient registration, interviewing for account information, verifying insurance, calculating and collecting patient liability, obtaining signatures for treatment, attaching physician orders to patient records, printing and collating necessary paperwork, and escorting patients as needed. Must ensure policy explanations are clear and accurate, follow instructions from senior staff, and support accurate health-plan selection and authorization entries. Vaccination compliance and E-Verify participation are part of employment requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
- Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
