Job Summary
Greet patients and visitors with a smile, obtain demographics, and update profiles per Women's Care identification policy. Collect payments, scan insurance cards and IDs into the EMR system, and assist with billing concerns while ensuring time-of-service goals are met. Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, confirm unconfirmed appointments, and schedule or reschedule visits. Verify insurance eligibility and registration before provider visits, set up payment plans for balances, and ensure all eCW appointments are checked out daily. Monitor the lobby for waiting times, keep the front area tidy, and assist patients with online registration forms.

Desired Qualifications
- One year of experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting
- General knowledge of medical terminology and billing
- Experience working with an electronic medical records system, specifically eClinicalWorks (eCW)
