On-site full-time Patient Access Representative 3 in Doral, responsible for registering patients by obtaining demographic, financial, and clinical information; verifying insurance benefits and eligibility; explaining documents; collecting payments; obtaining necessary authorizations, pre-certifications, and referrals; notifying patients of liabilities; collaborating with scheduling to identify add-on patients; and serving as a lead resource for lower level Patient Access Representatives. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of relevant experience; strong attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; capable of working independently or in a team.
