Patient Access Representative - 12+ hours/week Casual, Appleton/Ashwaubenon

Welcomes and registers patient families, obtains necessary demographic and insurance information, and verifies insurance to ensure accurate patient accounts. Registers patients following department guidelines; facilitates self-check-in via kiosks; engages Interpreter services when requested; enters registration data and collects co-pays in accordance with guidelines. Communicates with patients, families, and staff to support clinic flow and a positive first experience. Interfaces with the Electronic Medical Record (Epic) to document information and coordinate with care teams, while ensuring revenue-cycle accuracy and timely processing.
