Register patients for clinical services by obtaining pertinent information, verifying insurance benefits, and collecting payments. Perform full registration, ensure insurance verification, and collect copies of insurance cards, driver's licenses, and referrals. Explain Consent for Treatment, Financial Liability, and HIPAA to patients, obtain signed forms, and instruct patients on required questionnaires. Schedule follow-ups, cancel, edit appointments, and record no-shows accurately. Reconcile vouchers and deliver them to designated areas. Answer telephone calls, respond to inquiries, or transfer calls as appropriate. Adhere to University and unit-level policies while safeguarding assets. Maintain data entry with minimal errors and handle confidential information with discretion.
