Job Summary
Welcome and register patients, verify insurance eligibility, and collect copayments and outstanding balances. Schedule appointments, procedures, imaging, and follow-up visits while coordinating care across multiple providers. Generate patient financial estimates, assist with required forms, and manage referral processes and prior authorizations. Maintain accurate patient records by scanning and uploading documentation into the EMR system. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely care, cross-train for coverage, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements. This role delivers a concierge-level patient experience at Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center in Denver, supporting a physician-led organization focused on transforming musculoskeletal care.
Required Qualifications
