Assist in delivering exceptional care to the diverse patient base by serving as the first point of contact, ensuring patients feel supported and informed. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and medical staff to provide the best patient experience while maintaining a cool head under pressure. Utilize strong organizational skills to keep the office running smoothly in a dynamic, high-energy environment where no two days are alike. Requires a positive attitude, strong communication abilities, and problem-solving skills. Schedule includes Thursday and Friday 8:30am-7:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-4:00pm, and Sunday 1:00pm-5:00pm.
