Patient Access Rep-Teays Pediatrics

Assist patients in delivering exceptional care by ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and supported as the first point of contact. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and medical staff to provide the best patient experience while maintaining a cool head under pressure. Utilize exceptional organizational skills to keep the office running smoothly in a dynamic, high-energy environment where no two days are alike. Maintain a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to multi-task effectively. Schedule includes Monday/Friday 8am-5pm, Tuesday 7:30am-7pm, Wednesday 8am-12pm, Thursday 8am-4:30pm, with weekend rotation available.
