Job Summary
Under general supervision of the Team Leader, Rehab Operations, perform a variety of office support duties and coordinate various patient care processes in accordance with established Rehabilitation Services department policies and procedures. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong reasoning, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is based at the Outpatient Rehab - Brain and Spine Center in Dartmouth, MA, with a requirement for over three years of related medical office work experience and proficiency in medical terminology and computer systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficient keyboarding skills
- Computer experience
- strong reasoning and critical thinking skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to multitask throughout the business day
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Over three years of related medical office work experience
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
