Job Summary
Coordinate various patient care processes and perform office support duties under general supervision of the Team Leader, Rehab Operations, in accordance with established Rehabilitation Services department policies and procedures. Manage daily operations for outpatient rehab services at the Fall River facility, requiring knowledge of medical terminology, proficient keyboarding skills, and strong computer experience. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Requires over three years of related medical office work experience, strong reasoning abilities, and full vaccination against seasonal influenza and COVID-19.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
