Job Summary
Under general supervision of the Team Leader, Rehab Operations, perform office support and coordinate various patient care processes in accordance with established Rehabilitation Services department policies and procedures. Manage daily administrative tasks for outpatient rehab services while maintaining exceptional customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Requires proficiency in computer systems, medical terminology, and multitasking over three years of related medical office work experience. Full vaccination against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 is required, with exemptions possible via signed statement. Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficient keyboarding skills
- Computer experience
- strong reasoning and critical thinking skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to multitask throughout the business day
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Over three years of related medical office work experience
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
