Patient Access Rep-Lead

Lead assigned Access Center Specialists on incoming patient requests, including complex inquiries, by serving as the primary point of contact for their assistance needs. Provide Access Specialists with targeted feedback and coaching focused on productivity and quality of service. This role supports the Call Center Team Lead in maintaining high standards of patient access operations.
