Patient Access Rep Clinic

Conduct patient check-ins and out, collecting demographics, insurance data, and payments while validating eligibility and processing referrals. Register patients in the electronic medical record by scanning hardcopy materials and entering non-clinical charges for forms, depositions, and retail fees. Handle payment reconciliation and resolve non-complex registration issues or escalate deficiencies to staff. Requires one year of customer service experience, with healthcare or call center background preferred.
