Job Summary
Lead a Patient Support Program Operations team focused on transforming patient access and reimbursement processes for a launch brand, supervising daily operations, coaching staff, ensuring performance and quality metrics, developing training materials, maintaining contractor relationships, and driving continuous improvement in patient assistance programs; requires advanced degrees and 2+ years in patient access/reimbursement, with prior supervisory experience and knowledge of reimbursement processes, patient assistance programs, SOPs, and data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 2 years of patient access/assistance, patient support programs, or patient reimbursement experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of patient access/assistance, patient support programs, or patient reimbursement experience
- Associate’s degree and 8 years of patient access/assistance, patient support programs, or patient reimbursement experience
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years of patient access/assistance, patient support programs, or patient reimbursement experience
