Patient Access Registrar PD

Greet patients arriving for services and provide information to resolve issues relating to patient accounts. Collaborate directly with patients, clinical staff, and other CH employees to ensure accurate account processing. Create a positive patient experience as the first point of contact for all incoming services. This role supports the CH Patient Access department in maintaining operational efficiency and patient satisfaction across the facility.
