Job Summary
Role involves greeting patients and guiding them through hospital services, with responsibilities in registrations and lab requisitions. Expected to deliver high-quality customer service, manage insurance verification and billing-related tasks, and support patient flow in a hospital setting. Must possess strong communication, decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal skills; bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred. This is an on-site Full-Time position in Glenwood Springs, CO with day, evening, and night shift options. Competitive hourly salary ($20.00-$28.87/hour) and comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance may apply. Requires a high school graduate and at least one year of customer service experience; experience with insurance verification, patient registration, or billing is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Previous experience in insurance verification, patient registration, collections or billing required
- Courteous and patient when dealing with the public; exceptional customer service skills required
- Strong computer and typing skills are required; well-organized, dependable, and flexible
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
