Job Summary
Assist Valley View Hospital Cath Lab and CYCC registration by greeting patients with kindness and guiding them through registration; ensure high-quality customer service with excellent communication, decision making, organizational and interpersonal skills; role requires experience in insurance verification, patient registration, and billing; bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred; on-site position with multiple shifts (days/evenings/nights); salary range $20.00-$28.87/hour; benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and relocation assistance may apply; must be eligible to work in the United States and be a team player.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Experience in insurance verification, patient registration, collections or billing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
