Patient Access & Pre-Access Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate Patient Access and Pre-Access staff, oversee registration and pre-registration duties, provide training and development, monitor daily productivity and reporting, manage staff schedules, and drive process improvements. Responsible for onboarding, coaching, and corrective action, on-call rotations (including days, nights, weekends), and ensuring compliant, high-quality customer service. Leverage AI tools to enhance processes and performance, and report to Patient Access Leadership on department metrics and ongoing initiatives. Requires collaboration with leadership to implement department procedures, manage overtime, and optimize upfront collection tracking.
