Job Summary
Coordinate daily registration and pre-access duties, monitor productivity metrics, and manage staff scheduling to minimize overtime. Provide coaching, conduct training, and review reporting on point of service, wait times, and overtime. Track upfront collection processes, assign goals, and perform audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct staff evaluations, assist with process improvements, and fill in for call-offs or unexpected volumes during on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Healthcare Access Management (CHAM)
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)
- 2 Year/ Associate degree or 4 year/ Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field
- Ability to lead/direct others
- high degree of analytical ability
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, and/or verification and hospital billing
- Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean into process and technological improvements, to include the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI
- On-call rotation which includes days, nights, and weekends as necessary
Desired Qualifications
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred
