Job Summary
Oversee daily administrative operations and activities for assigned departments, ensuring the timeliness, quality, and integrity of patient access processes. Maintain optimum patient care systems by managing staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and communication tools. Manage all performance indicators and standard of work tools while collaborating with stakeholders on meetings and project workgroups to support acquisitions and new service lines. Ensure adequate staffing levels based on volumes and provide development opportunities for staff. Completes assigned projects as directed. Requires 3 years of healthcare business operations leadership experience and an associate's degree or higher.
