Patient Access Liaison 1 - Full Time

Facilitates patient flow from scheduling through registration and service to provide a seamless, one-touch registration experience. Responsible for obtaining demographic and financial information to ensure accurate patient identification and identify and secure appropriate payment sources. Performs registration functions and insurance eligibility verification, provides estimates for services when appropriate, and processes patient financial liability payments. Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling phone inquiries, locating patient records in the EMPI, scheduling services, verifying eligibility, and initiating payor communications as needed; ensures compliance and supports ongoing duties as assigned.
