Patient Access: Full Time Sunday-Wednesday 8-5:30pm

Patient Access Representative position at Ascension Dell Seton Medical Center (University of Texas) working Sunday-Wednesday 8:00 am–5:30 pm. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling check-in, gathering accurate demographics, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays and providing cost estimates, while assisting patients and families across multiple systems. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment, coordinating with nurses and care teams, and ensuring smooth patient flow and quick access to care. Training is provided; no healthcare background required.
