Patient Access Eligibility Registrar

Handle patient demographics and financial information for patient accounts in the CH Patient Access department. Explain benefits and financial responsibilities to patients/guarantors, screen for government programs and CH charity, obtain necessary signatures on compliance forms, and provide excellent service to patients, families, and visitors as they arrive for hospital services. Collaborate with clinical staff and CH employees to resolve issues related to patient accounts and ensure accurate, compliant information flow.
