Job Summary
As a Patient Access Representative working night shift, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and families, delivering fast, compassionate, and accurate access to care. You’ll register patients across multiple systems, answer phones, collect demographics, verify insurance, gather co-pays, and provide cost estimates. You’ll support timely access to care while collaborating with nurses and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow, and you’ll work in a fast-paced healthcare environment with training provided to build a growing healthcare career.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Ability to pass a background check and meet vaccination requirements
- Experience with patient access, medical registration, insurance verification, or front desk is a plus (but not required)
