Job Summary

Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors by scheduling appointments and coordinating patient care access. Verify insurance and obtain prior authorizations while maintaining accurate patient information and documentation. Support telehealth appointments and patient onboarding, collaborating with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality throughout all interactions. This full-time in-office role in Grand Forks, ND, requires strong customer service skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail, with healthcare scheduling or EHR experience preferred.
