Patient Access Coordinator (PAC)

Coordinate patient referrals and prior authorizations; help patients understand next steps and access needed care; communicate with providers, specialists, insurance companies, and internal teams; track and manage referral workflows to avoid delays in treatment; support patient portal communication and documentation; maintain accurate records while protecting patient confidentiality; contribute to a collaborative, team-based healthcare environment.
