Patient Access Coordinator, Frazier Hospital, PRN

Coordinate patient access and revenue cycle activities at University Medical Center’s patient front-end operations, including registration, insurance verification, precertification/pre-authorization, co-pay collections, referrals, and eligibility outreach. Develop and monitor systems for accurate patient registrations, ensure timely completion of the POT worklist, facilitate cross-department communication, monitor service volume and timeliness of referrals, perform daily charge reconciliation, create staff-facing resource materials, and ensure HIPAA/privacy compliance while delivering professional, high-quality customer service to patients, families, and medical staff. Perform other duties as assigned and participate in department initiatives to support financial goals and compliant front-end operations.
