Job Summary
Greet patients at check-in and check-out, enter demographic and scan information into the EMR, and obtain copays and payments to post. Maintain accurate multi-communications logs while acting as a patient advocate and company representative. Demonstrate flexibility, cooperation, and support for office staff, managing occasional high-stress interactions with demanding patients or personnel. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday with an 8-hour shift and requires no weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a medical or office setting
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with EMR systems is preferred
