Job Summary
Greet patients at check-in and check-out, entering demographic and scan data into the EMR while managing copays and other payments. Maintain accurate multi-communications records and act as a patient advocate and company representative. Demonstrate flexibility and cooperation with office staff, physicians, and hospital personnel while handling occasional high-stress interactions with demanding patients. Operate in a full-time 8-hour Monday through Friday schedule within a professional medical office environment. Requires high school diploma, 2-3 years of medical or office experience, and preferred EMR proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a medical or office setting
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with EMR systems is preferred
