Job Summary
Assist patients on the phone by scheduling appointments, answering questions, and directing them to clinical and other DMC team members as needed in a busy call center environment. This full-time 40-hour per week position is located in Derry with hours from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm. A high school education, strong customer service skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced medical setting are required, with medical experience preferred.
