Patient Access Associate Specialist - PRN

Perform patient access duties including MRN assignment, completing medical necessity/eligibility checks, collecting insurance information, pre-registration of patient accounts, explaining consent forms and patient education documents, and using ABN software to inform Medicare patients of potential non-payment; ensure accurate documentation and POS/billing support, maintain compliance, and deliver high-quality customer service as measured by patient and client experience.
