Patient Access Associate Specialist - PRN

On-site Patient Access Associate Specialist handles patient registration and access in the healthcare revenue cycle, including assigning MRNs, collecting insurance information, completing eligibility checks, pre-registration, and handling demographic and clinical data with accuracy. Responsibilities include using ABN software for Medicare notifications, performing data entry and auditing, distributing patient education materials, coordinating with clinical and financial operations to support POS and billing, and striving to meet POS and first-pass claim rate targets. Requires excellent customer service, compliance with policies, and ability to assist patients and guarantors with financial responsibilities. Minimum education is High School Diploma/GED with CRCR certification within six months of hire; position is ENTRY LEVEL and on-site with competitive pay and benefits.
