Patient Access Associate Specialist

Assign accurate MRNs, complete medical necessity and compliance checks, and collect insurance information while processing physician orders. Operate the telephone switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and inter-office calls with compassion. Perform pre-registration of patient accounts prior to visits, including inbound and outbound calling to obtain demographics and financial liabilities. Screen medical necessity using Advanced Beneficiary Notice (ABN) software and distribute required consent forms and educational documents. Conduct audits of accounts to ensure accuracy and provide statistical data to leadership. This onsite role at RSFH - Mt.
