Job Summary
Greet patients, perform registration duties by obtaining demographics and insurance information, verify eligibility, collect payments, answer telephone calls, complete insurance and claim forms, and schedule or confirm appointments. Effective communication and team cooperation are essential for this front-end office role. Prior healthcare office experience is preferred. Mosaic Health Rushville has provided primary care, dental, and behavioral health services to the community since 1970.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior healthcare office experience as patient register or patient access associate
