Job Summary
Patient Access Associate to assist patients checking into the hospital. You’ll work in patient registration, answering phones, collecting accurate information across multiple screens, and building rapport with patients to ease anxiety. The role requires comfort in a fast-paced hospital/clinical environment, readiness to learn healthcare processes, and the ability to input data accurately while following training. You must be up to date on vaccinations and prepared to pass a drug test and background check prior to hire. This is an on-site, part-time position with a schedule Thursday–Saturday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m., in Mesquite, NV.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service experience
