Job Summary
Lead the Patient Access Team to oversee daily workflow and front-end registration/verification processes. Provide real-time guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to associates; monitor productivity and adherence to documentation and compliance standards; manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced hospital revenue-cycle environment; leverage knowledge of patient access systems (e.g., Entri, Compass, EMPI) to support accurate, timely, patient-centered service and achieve monthly goals.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Patient Access, registration, insurance verification, or hospital admitting operations
- Working knowledge of inpatient verification workflows, documentation standards, and front-end revenue cycle processes
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to monitor multiple workflows and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coach staff, reinforce expectations, and support operational compliance
- Experience with systems such as Entri, Compass, EMPI, or similar patient access applications preferred
