Patient Access Ambassador II VCVH (Per Diem, Variable Shifts)

Register patients and complete required demographic, payer, and scheduling information; collect deposits, co-pays, deductibles, and share of cost, and explain financial obligations clearly. Conduct educational conversations with patients about coverage eligibility and benefits (including coordination of benefits, authorizations, estimated charges, and out-of-pocket obligations). Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with excellent oral and written communication skills, and collaborate with the Patient Access or Financial Counseling teams and other departments to avoid delays in care.
