Job Summary

Greet patients in person and over the phone, check them in and out, and perform visit closure activities including collecting payments and follow-ups. Update demographics, verify insurance eligibility, and process point-of-service payments while maintaining accurate patient files. Handle clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and faxing documents, and answer and screen phone calls to direct messages appropriately. Ensure the waiting area remains clean and presentable, and assist staff with general administrative tasks as needed. Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while adhering to HIPAA policies and company standards.
