Patient Acc Rep-Intermediate

Handle routine to complex patient inquiries in a high-volume inbound call center, delivering a high level of service. Participate in onboarding/training programs that occur remotely and in-office over 6-8 weeks, with potential in-office work at least twice per year as needed. Strong communication and customer-service skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency in healthcare terminology and patient data processes.
