Job Summary
Deliver person-centred support to vulnerable people with entrenched multiple needs, helping clients reach personal goals and find routes out of homelessness. Provide assistance to individuals with poor mental health, addictions, or who are ex-offenders, demonstrating emotional resilience and tenacity when facing resistance. Gain experience across criminal justice, social care, mental health, and housing law through a comprehensive training programme. Work 38 hours per week on a fixed-term contract until 31st March 2027 with a salary of £28,153 - £32,578 per annum. Required Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK at the time of application
- Experience of supporting people who have poor mental health, addictions or who are ex-offenders
- Evidence of emotional resilience and tenacity to provide support, even when faced with resistance
- Demonstrate confidence, adaptability and conscientiousness
- Have empathy with the people we support
- Determination to make a difference
- Passion and drive to support anyone finding themselves in this situation
