Job Summary
Gain hands-on clinical experience in specialty settings such as Cardiology, Intensive Care, or Emergency through the 2027 Pathway to Specialty Practice program. Complete structured e-learning modules, attend study days, and pass objective-based assessments to develop clinical expertise. Receive mentorship from experienced educators and peers while progressing toward articulation into postgraduate studies. Required Qualifications
- Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (via AHPRA), without conditions
- A degree in General Nursing that meets the registration requirements of Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) standards
- Successful completion of a Graduate Nurse Program or a minimum of 12 months recent acute care nursing experience as a Registered Nurse
- A willingness to fully engage in the Pathway to Specialty Practice program, including attendance at training and study days, and completion of required assessments and learning activities
