Job Summary
Lead and oversee ART Inc.'s Pathways to College or Careers program, ensuring grant-aligned execution, youth engagement, trauma-informed practices, and staff supervision. Drive program outcomes through strategic planning, workshops, partnership-building with schools and community organizations, and rigorous reporting. Provide weekly updates to leadership, supervise program staff, and foster an inclusive environment that supports participants in overcoming barriers and achieving leadership, life skills, and career-readiness goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Program or Project Management, Youth Development, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing or coordinating programs for youth, especially those from at-risk or marginalized backgrounds.
- Proven experience working within trauma-informed care frameworks and addressing barriers faced by at-risk youth.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage teams while supporting participants.
- Experience with performance tracking, grant compliance, and program reporting.
- Ability to build partnerships with diverse stakeholders, such as schools, employers, and community organizations.
- Culturally competent and able to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
